Our agency opened in 2025 and is currently a small but growing team of two, with a strong focus on building something meaningful from the ground up. Prior to opening the agency, I spent several years as an Area Manager with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where I developed a passion for leadership, team development, and performance-driven environments. After being recruited by State Farm, I saw an opportunity to create a business that combined competitiveness, teamwork, and long-term impact.
Family is a major priority here - I’m married with two children, and that perspective shapes how I lead and support my team. We believe in working hard while also maintaining balance, flexibility, and a positive atmosphere. Outside the office, giving back matters to us as well. I currently coach basketball at the Boys & Girls Club and am excited to become even more involved in the local community as we continue to put down roots.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for John Cook - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
