ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2025 and is currently a small but growing team of two, with a strong focus on building something meaningful from the ground up. Prior to opening the agency, I spent several years as an Area Manager with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where I developed a passion for leadership, team development, and performance-driven environments. After being recruited by State Farm, I saw an opportunity to create a business that combined competitiveness, teamwork, and long-term impact.

Family is a major priority here - I’m married with two children, and that perspective shapes how I lead and support my team. We believe in working hard while also maintaining balance, flexibility, and a positive atmosphere. Outside the office, giving back matters to us as well. I currently coach basketball at the Boys & Girls Club and am excited to become even more involved in the local community as we continue to put down roots.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with John Cook - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
